Goalkeeper
Alphonse Areola (West Ham): His team might have been six goals down at Bournemouth without him. Key display, delivered and demonstrated some quality. Excellent keeping to earn them a 2-2 draw. Defeat would have damaged their entire term.
Defenders
Daniel Munoz (Crystal Palace): He's a contender for top performer. People will talk Gunners' stars. He is the standout player by far.
Murillo (Nottingham Forest): It would take a crazy Forest fan to say 'Murillo will score and we overcome Liverpool 3-0 at Anfield'. The odds were long shots on that. He performed brilliantly. He is turning into a dominant figure. He is truly a challenge. Delighted to watch him perform similar to before.
Malick Thiaw (Newcastle): I saw him a few times last year in Italy for AC Milan and he was getting killled because he was making mistakes. However with the Magpies he's impressed greatly. He's been great strength and imposing and looks elegant. It looks like he has discovered a perfect fit.
Ferdi Kadioglu (Brighton): Not usually a defender, rather a attacking-minded in attack. He is a great purchase for Brighton. It's no shock at them unearthing more talent out of nowhere? Many felt when they got rid of Pervis Estupinan that was strange but the club is aware more than us.
Engine room
Sander Berge (Fulham) and Elliot Anderson (Nottingham Forest): Two of the same type and they make it for the same reason. Their teams won, many mention about the goalscorers, but without these two those teams don't click. They are so good. They halt attacks, they join the offense.
Eberechi Eze (Arsenal): The standout performer. Many Arsenal fans, like my child, were questioning about his ability as the man to get them over the top. Three goals in the key match and now they want to make a statue of him. Finishing, poise, he dominated. The standout individual on the pitch.
Morgan Rogers (Aston Villa): Perhaps this represents aspect I share with Thomas Tuchel on - he is at a point now where it's going to be very difficult to leave him out. I didn't think his beginning was strong to the season, I believe he was a little bit entitled and thought he maybe have got a move to Chelsea, and likely desired it, but he seems to have adapted well. Two superb finishes obviously against Leeds dragged his team from behind. He proved decisive.
Attackers
Callum Wilson (West Ham): I mentioned he doesn't look his normal self. He appeared as if he was slower. But wow. Simply phenomenal. He performed superbly. Outstanding in his movement and with his two finishes.
Harvey Barnes (Newcastle): A particularly intriguing player. He plays well, typically sharper when introduced, but due to Gordon's absence so he has to play. He failed to convert a huge chance against Manchester City at 0-0 with his simplest attempt. But to have the mental fortitude to put himself in challenging moments and net two was impressive.
Manager
Sean Dyche (Nottingham Forest): He arrives and surpasses Arne Slot. A wonderful gameplan. Possibly it was five or six for Forest and all would agree.
